Stucco/Retro-Fitting

Stucco is traditionally applied in 2 or 3 coats. The 1st coat is normally about 10mm thick and is referred to as a "scratch" coat. The 2nd coat is the basecoat or brown coat .The 3rd is a thin covering about 3mm thick and may be colored and textured .

Retro-fitting of existing structures is adding stucco system over the existing siding. We add a moisture barrier, metal lath, cementious basecoat, "krack isolation mesh", and elastomeric finishes. This process Will transcend any siding to a labor and maintenance free siding that will with stand all weather elements.
